No. Team Annual is $1,999 USD billed once per year. $166.58 is its monthly equivalent for comparing your budget. The separate Monthly subscription costs USD 199 per month.
How many assessments are included?
Both subscriptions release 10,000 credits each month. Assessment usage depends on actual AI token costs, so neither plan promises a fixed number of assessments or unlimited testing. Review the reservation and runtime limit before starting.
What does annual billing include?
The annual plan includes 120,000 credits in 12 monthly installments of 10,000. The first installment follows verified payment; the remaining installments arrive on monthly anniversaries during the paid year. It does not add 120,000 spendable credits at once.
How are testing credits used?
Assessments reserve credits before running. Usage is settled from cumulative input and output token costs, and unused reserved credits are released. The company ledger records available, reserved, and used credits. Only released credits synchronized to that ledger can be spent.
Does the cost comparison mean it replaces a pentester?
The comparison is about cost. It uses an illustrative $100,000 annual base salary and excludes benefits and recruitment. AI helps with repeatable investigation; experienced professionals still assess complex attack paths, validate impact, and make risk decisions.
Do I need to pay for testing servers?
PentestAI is hosted. There is no PentestAI testing server for your team to deploy, patch, or maintain. You define the authorized scope and focus on the results.
Can I stop future renewals?
The current company Owner can cancel future renewals from company billing. Canceling renewal preserves the already paid period, including the remaining monthly installments of an annual payment. Cancellation of a renewal is separate from a refund request.
What happens after a refund?
Partial refunds proportionally reduce credits already released and future installments using the cumulative refunded amount. A full refund stops future installments. If refunded credits have already been used, an outstanding balance may need to be covered before another assessment starts.
Where can I review my purchases?
The company billing workspace shows your orders and credit activity. Your billing portal provides payment and invoice controls.
